Failure Announce North American Reunion Tour

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Apr 7, 2014

After hitting the stage together this past February for the first time in 15 years and then touring with Tool, '90s alt-rock outfit Failure have now announced their reunion will continue with a headlining tour.

The band's newly updated schedule comes off the heels of a March arena trip supporting old pals Tool, but finds them in the driver's seat for this latest batch of dates. The itinerary starts up again in early May with a two-night stand in their native Los Angeles, with Canadian dates to follow. Slotted in between U.S. appearances is a May 17 performance at Vancouver's Rickshaw Theatre, as well as two evenings at Toronto's Mod Club (May 26 and 27).

You'll find all of the concert info in the listings down below.

As previously reported, the band's 1994 LP Magnified arrived as a repress last November for the Black Friday version of Record Store Day, while their reunion show at Los Angeles' El Rey Theater in February saw the release of a two-song 7-inch of rarities. The single housed a new, alternate version of Fantastic Planet's "Solaris" on the A-side, with a 1992 demo recording of "Shrine" filling up the flip.
