It's best to expect anything when watching alt-metal weirdoes Faith No More, which is why we're only half-surprised that they recently broke into a cover of Kanye West and Jay-Z's ubiquitous hit "Niggas in Paris" at a recent show.
The minute-long rendition is a funked-up rap metal take on the song, so it definitely doesn't pack the same swagged-out punch of the original. Still, it's just bizarre enough that it's probably worth a watch.
The real question on all of our minds, however, is how does this cover stack up compared to Katy Perry's nauseating version of the song? There has to be a clear winner, let's work together and figure it out.
Thanks to Consequence of Sound for the tip.
