Following the success of Fleet Foxes self-titled debut full-length, the harmony-loving quintet are gearing up to hit the road once again. Starting with a string of dates opening for Wilco, the heavily bearded Seattle band will bring their back-to-nature folk revival to a massive number of North American cities, as well as several European ones. However, only a pair of dates find them playing to Canadian audiences: September 16 in Vancouver and September 17 in Victoria.
On the European leg of the tour, the bands stickman J. Tillman is booked to open. Recently, Tillman released all four of his solo records digitally. I Will Return and Long May You Run, J. Tillman and his most recent Cancer and Delirium are now available through Aquarium Drunkard's Autumn Tone Records, while Tillmans third album Minor Works comes courtesy of Undertow. The word is Tillman also has a fifth album in the pipeline, entitled Vacilando Territory Blues, but there is no word on a release date just yet.
