Florence and the Machine recently laid out plans for their follow up to 2011's Ceremonials, announcing that How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful will be arriving on June 2 via Republic Records.
Along with the announcement, Florence Welch and co. shared a video for latest single "What Kind of Man" — and that track has now been given a makeover courtesy of NYC producer and electronic musician Nicolas Jaar.
The original guides the listener through a sombre intro before bursting into a "stomping riff-rocker" that hears Welch belting it out with all her might. Jaar's take gets the groove going early on, adding distortion to Welch's wails and looping her echoing voice into a mesmerizing 12-minute spiral.
