Following the release of last year's What Went Down LP, UK indie rockers Foals are plotting a 7-inch single release for Record Store Day. The upcoming offering features a previously unreleased track titled "Rain," as well as a cover of Mark Ronson and Kevin Parker of Tame Impala's "Daffodils."
The full double A-side single package doesn't arrive until April 16, but you can hear "Rain" right now. It's a sparse, slow-building number without much instrumentation, though frontman Yannis Philippakis's scorching vocals carry it all the way through.
