Frightened Rabbit Trekking Back to North America

BY Josiah HughesPublished May 29, 2009

It's a little backwards but if you really enjoyed Liver! Lung! FR!, the live album that was released last fall from Scottish indie rockers Frightened Rabbit, then perhaps you'd like to give their live show a try in real life? The opportunity could very easily be yours, as the group are setting up to spend most of July traversing North America.

The tour kicks off July 17, in Hoboken, NJ, and hovers around the Eastern U.S. for some time before surfacing in Canada for shows in Toronto and Montreal on July 22 and July 23, respectively.

When the tour is complete, the band will be finishing up their third album, and follow-up to 2008's The Midnight Organ Flight. Perhaps they'll be previewing material on the road?

Frightened Rabbit tour dates:

7/17 Hoboken, NJ - Maxwell's
7/18 Brooklyn, NY - Siren Festival
7/19 Chicago, IL - Pitchfork Festival
7/21 Detroit, MI - Magic Stick
7/22 Toronto, ON - Horseshoe Tavern
7/23 Montreal, QC - Les Saints
7/24 Providence, RI - Jerky's
7/25 Northampton, MA - Iron Horse Music Hall
