After releasing a series of vinyl singles and CD-Rs over the past couple of years, along with playing lively, one-man sets to any city lucky enough to get a date, micro-sampling UK electronic whiz Gold Panda has finally set a release date for his first full-length album, to be titled Lucky Shiner.
The album will drop October 12 in North America courtesy of Ghostly International, who will release the album on CD, Vinyl, and digital formats. The digital album will come with two bonus tracks.
The album's first single will be "Snow & Taxis," which is available now for the price of an email address here. The track is also streaming below.
Gold Panda will support the album with a month-long American tour this September with Autolux. Those dates are at his MySpace here.
