Toronto's Great Lake Swimmers' previously unveiled a video for "Easy Come Easy Go," the sunny lead single from New Wild Everywhere, their forthcoming album due out April 3 through Nettwerk. For fans impatient for visual preview of what the folk rockers have in store, the band have now shared an in-studio video for the record's title track.
"New Wild Everywhere" isn't quite as joyous-sounding as the first single, but it's still a breezy and tuneful teaser for the full-length. With its streamy mid-tempo bounce and sun-kissed harmonies, this one might remind you of classic Laurel Canyon folk rock with an updated Toronto twist (as singer Tony Dekker name checks "Big Smoke").
As for the video, it's a less-is-more clip filmed by Stephen Chung and features the band recording in the studio. Great Lake Swimmers plan to shoot an official video for this song in the near future, but for now, you can feast your eyes on this behind-the-scenes vid.
As previously reported, the band have several tour dates coming up, including stops in Canada, the U.S. and Europe. You can see all the dates over here.
