We're glad you made it here. Did you walk underneath any ladders on your way? Did a black cat cross your path?

The week's best new Canadian music is honestly making it hard to remember that Friday the 13th is supposed to be a harbinger of bad luck. We've got a new single from Akintoye and the latest preview of the new U.S. Girls album, as well as another hard-hitting heater from Charmaine and the countdown is on to Fucked Up's One Day — one of Exclaim!'s 27 most anticipated Canadian albums of 2022 — with new single "I Think I Might Be Weird."

Speaking of the year's most anticipated albums, one landed today: the debut album from poolblood (mole). Further, current Exclaim! New Faves Mayfly dropped their new EP.

Elsewhere, we had album announcements and singles from the New Pornographers, Valley, Edwin Raphael and Gabrielle Shonk. No matter how superstitious you are, you'll be saying "yes" x3 to Pierre KwendersNo No No remix EP, while Chastity also gets the remix treatment from Dizzy.

You're going to want to turn these songs all the way up, but try to avoid mirror-breaking decibels when you listen to The Eh List! below, presented by Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters — all Canadian and proud of it!
