Having become a recognized duo in Toronto's underground with their minimal "molecular pop" stylings, Carlyn Bezic and Amanda Crist are finally set to deliver their debut LP as Ice Cream this summer.
Produced by Young Guv, Tony Price and Steve Chahley, Love, Ice Cream will serve up eight tracks of manipulated Moog synthesizers, bass guitars and various boom box-inflated drum machines. A taste of what's to come can be heard with first single "Receiver," which can be found in the player below.
Love, Ice Cream is set to arrive on April 23 through Bad Actors. The band will celebrate the record's release with a performance at Toronto's Smiling Buddha on April 23, with more information available here. Read through the record's tracklisting to hear "Receiver" below.
