Incommunicado are one of those rare bands who can actually take their obvious influences and put them together into a sound thats at the same time cohesive, thoughtful and original. They effortlessly combine the sounds of early Anti-Flag, Rise Against and Kid Dynamite while still managing to throw in some crazy breakdowns that will keep you guessing check out the disjointed one in "Writing for Profits and Belt Buckles for a prime example. Losing Daylight is both intense and creative; itll no doubt have kids pumping their fists but its sure to pique the interest of any musician in the crowd. Its a shame that the bassist on this record left because he shines. Hopefully the new guy can live up to what he laid down. This is a seriously solid release.
