Jag Panzer

Based on Shakespeare's classic play Macbeth, Jag Panzer's Thane To The Throne is a surprisingly good listen from beginning to end. As one of America's longest standing "true metal" bands, the band is so convincingly metal throughout that their veteran approach and style shines on almost every track. Led by vocalist Harry "the Tyrant" Conklin, the band has seriously never sounded stronger. This man is pure metal, maybe a little too metal to be taken seriously in the real world. Thanks to Conklin's over-the-top style, Jag Panzer may be guilty of making the most metal album of the year. This looks to be their crowning moment of glory.
