Jay Reatard's Terror Visions to Get Expanded Vinyl Reissue

Since his untimely death early last year, garage punk hero Jay Reatard has had his back catalogue mined for material to be reissued. We've already been treated to deluxe album editions of his work with the Reatards project and the Lost Sounds, and now his synth punk experiment Terror Visions will get an expanded vinyl reissue.

In 2007, FDH Records released World of Shit, the one and only album from Terror Visions. Back then, the album was released on a picture disc, but the label has revealed that it will reissue the album on 180-gram vinyl with a gatefold cover.

Better yet, the release will include everything Terror Visions ever recorded, adding two CD-R-only cuts to the vinyl release, as well as two previously unheard songs, one of which is a Brian Eno cover. Unfortunately, the label has not said which Eno song Terror Visions tackled.

That's the original album's cover art above, but we're unsure if the reissue will feature the same image.

The expanded World of Shit reissue is expected to drop in November of this year. Keep an eye on the FDH website for more info as it becomes available.
