A year on from last year's Compostela, Canadian songwriter Jenn Grant is releasing a deluxe edition of the LP. It features a few alternate versions of album cuts, and this includes a French recording of "Bombshell."
The song is a gentle, lounge-y folk-pop tune with Spanish guitar, a sweetly shuffling rhythm, and cooing Francophone vocals. "This is the first time I've had one of my songs translated to French," Grant said in a statement. "It's a beautiful language to sing in, and I hope I'm doing it justice."
