As jennylee, Warpaint bassist Jenny Lee Lindberg issued a solo LP named right on! at the end of 2015. Switching gears a bit, she's now shared a remix of the record's "boom boom" that was cooked up by European producer Trentemøller.
The remix revisits the original's ultra wriggly, post-Knight Rider electro bass, but Trentemøller takes the beat into a more club-friendly direction. That said, the clap-centric redo still comes cloaked in shadowy textures and Lindberg's society-analyzing cries.
The remix can be found down below.
In related news, jennylee has also revealed plans to issue a new EP sometime in the near future called Vibe As Chill. The digital release will feature scaled-back versions of right on!'s "boom boom," "never" and "white devil."
