Last night (March 14) was Justin TImberlake's fourth of five consecutive appareances on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, and the show once again found the pop singer performing a track from The 20/20 Experience and participating in a funny skit.
JT played the new album cut "Strawberry Bubblegum," and like previous performances from throughout the week, he was backed a large ensemble that includes singers and a horn section. These backing players helped him lay down a streamy, low-key R&B groove.
As for last night's comedy skit, it found Timberlake and Fallon donning fake braces and playing teenagers at summer camp. They run afoul of the camp counselor by harmonizing on Toto's "Africa" after lights out.
The 20/20 Experience is due out March 19 via RCA Records.
