K-Line

The debut full-length from England's K-Line is one of the most American sounding punk albums to come along in some time. Bridging that treacherous gap between mainstream pop punk and the real thing, the band falls somewhere between the Ataris and Seaweed, Samiam and Shades Apart — that being hard-rocking and melodic yet maintaining some semblance of integrity. Thrown in for good measure is an unlisted killer cover of the Cure's "A Forest.”
