Kanye West to Perform Easter "Sunday Service" at Coachella

Kanye West was disqualified from headlining Coachella this year due to elaborate production requests, but it turns out the rapper will be performing at the festival after all.

He'll deliver a "Sunday Service" at 9 a.m. on the second weekend of the festival on April 21, which also happens to be Easter Sunday.

West has been hosting and performing at mysterious "Sunday Service" ceremonies since the beginning of the year — generating speculation that the performances are everything from a nice family celebration with God to an elaborate new album rollout to the foundations of a new church.

The past gatherings have included West performing songs like "Jesus Walks" and "Lift Yourself" alongside gospel musicians. They have also been attended by the likes of Kid Cudi, 070 Shake, Katy Perry and David Letterman, and one even featured previously unreleased music.

Coachella has confirmed the news of West's Easter Sunday performance, and while it's still unclear exactly how it will be structured, you can see a teaser clip below.
