Late last month, Kendall and Kylie Jenner thought it would be a great idea to sell T-shirts with their own selfies plastered over images of cultural icons such as 2Pac, the Notorious B.I.G., KISS and more. Of course, the internet pile-on was fast and furious, and the sisters have now reportedly been slapped with a lawsuit over the images that were used.
TMZ reports that photographer Michael Miller is suing the sisters for using his images of 2Pac without permission. Documents obtained by the publication find Miller alleging he never consented to his photography being used, and that he never wanted to work with the Jenner family.
Miller's portfolio includes snaps of A$AP Rocky, YG, Drake, Ice Cube and more. The shirts were pulled from the sisters' online store the same day they launched, with Kendall admitting the designs were "not well thought out."
Miller's suit is the first legal action to be taken with regards to the clothing, while family members of those depicted on the shirts kept their barbs strictly within the digital realm. Of course, Arcade Fire also put their own unique twist on the failed product.
