King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard are always pressing forward, constantly releasing and preparing more new music. But they've also got some unfinished business via a North American tour that fell prey to the coronavirus. The tour was postponed to this year, but then postponed again. Fortunately, they're about to rectify the situation with a new slate of dates for 2022.
Unfortunately, there's a bit of a wait. The band's previously booked shows in Toronto and Montreal will now take place in mid-October of 2022, and they've added another Canadian show with plans to play Vancouver on October 5.

Before then, King Gizz will release their 18th album overall and their second of 2021 with Butterfly 3000. The album will arrive on June 11 via the band's own KGLW label.
