Kings of Leon's new album is called Mechanical Bull, and their music video for "Beautiful War" centres around bulls of both mechanical and literal varieties.
The six-and-a-half-minute clip for the climactic ballad tells the story of a rodeo bull-rider and how he ended up behind bars. We see lots of ultra-slow-motion shots of the protagonist riding a bucking bull, but he doesn't seem too pleased when his girlfriend rides a mechanical bull at a bar.
