As previously reported, Mercury Prize-winning new ravers Klaxons are gearing up to release their second album, Surfing the Void, this August. Now, the band, who are currently on tour on Europe, have announced plans to come across the Atlantic for a North American tour starting in September.
The full dates haven't yet been announced, but you can see the currently booked stops below. We know that the tour will feature at least three Canadian dates: Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver. Keep a lookout as more tour dates may be announced soon.
This could be your chance to track down one of the band members and ask them what in the world they were thinking when they decided to put a cat in a spacesuit on their album cover (see above).
Klaxons' new album, Surfing the Void, will drop on August 23 on Polydor and reportedly the next day in North America via Interscope/Downtown.
