Kylesa Reveal North American Tour, Hit Up Ontario and Quebec

BY Keith CarmanPublished Dec 9, 2010

Thanks to a lot of hard work slugging it out on the road, five impeccable albums and two kick-ass drummers playing in perfect syncopation, Savannah, GA-based sludge metal brigade Kylesa are quickly becoming one of their genre's most revered acts.

You would have to be for a band like Mastodon to take you on the road, hometown buddies or not. But that's what happened while on tour in support of their last acclaimed effort, Static Tensions. And Kylesa were shit-hot on that tour.

Looking to see how things go now that some serious groundwork has been laid, the quintet have announced a string of early 2011 dates in support of latest effort Spiral Shadow, which was released this October via Season of Mist. Along with several U.S. stops, Canada can catch the band in such cities as Toronto, Kingson, ON and Montreal.

And, yes, we recommend you bring those earplugs.
