Leftover Crack

Mediocre Generica

BY Rob FerrazPublished Feb 1, 2002

Rising from the ashes of NYC's Choking Victim, who broke up on the eve of their Hellcat debut, comes Leftover Crack. Boasting a decade's worth of a confusing history of rotating members and re-recorded material, these "crack city rockers" could go over big with this release. If they don't break up that is. They've crammed everything into this 13-song record: fast and furious hardcore, slow and sludgy metal, grindcore, memorable ska punk and even a piano solo. Also included is the Choking Victim song "Born To Die" and the No Commercial Value song "Nazi White Trash."
