Les Tabernacles

Born Ready

Hardcore rock’n’roll fans will definitely not be cutting their mullets, washing their stained trucker cap, or the greasy hair contained under it, as any aficionado of this genre will be far too busy salivating like Pavlov’s dog to this low-down dirty rock. This album has been a long time coming for Edmonton’s prodigal sons of sleaze rock, and hopefully the powers that be won’t permit the band to be so phlegmatic in their next release? Nonetheless, the album speaks volumes and every stereo should be cranked up to "eleven” while listening to it. Once again, another reason why Edmonton maintains its status as Canada’s "Rock City.”
