If you were a bit bummed that Los Campesinos! snubbed Canada on their last round of tour dates, good news: the high-energy Welsh septet have announced they're heading north. After wrapping up a series of U.S. dates with New Jersey punkers Titus Andronicus, the band will swing through Canada for a trio of tour stops this spring, visiting Montreal on March 31, Toronto on April 1 and Vancouver on April 11 during the group's newly expanded North American tour.
All the Los Campesinos! dates are in support of the band's freshly served We Are Beautiful, We Are Doomed LP, as well as the record's 2008 sister album Hold On Now, Youngster!. And while there is no word if the band have any new recordings in the works, both records should provide more than enough bursting-at-the-seams indie pop to provide a good night's worth of entertainment.
