Lucy Dacus has sadly shared a COVID update regarding her previously scheduled concert at Vancouver's Hollywood Theatre with Bartees Strange. You guessed it — the show has been cancelled. But thankfully, the artist is also offering a consolation prize in the form of a new video for her Home Video standout, "Brando."
Today, Dacus has shared a fan-submitted compilation video to accompany the semi-autobiographical tune. The visuals are comprised of over 100 fan submissions, featuring clips of people dancing, skateboarding, ice skating and more along to the track.
"Big thank you to everyone who submitted," said Dacus. "These videos brought me a lot of joy and made me feel more connected to the song and all of you."
"Brando" marks the latest of Home Video's visual releases, following "VBS" and "Hot & Heavy." The album arrived on June 25 via Matador.
As far as the rest of her upcoming tour is concerned, "fingers crossed for sold-out shows in Toronto (October 14) and Montreal (October 15)," a release states. Revisit the full tour itinerary here.
