Never one to shy away from the live album, Mark Kozelek has announced he has a pair of them headed our way this spring.
First off, the former Red House Painter and Sun Kil Moon man will release Mark Kozelek: Lost Verses - Live, which will come courtesy of his Caldo Verde imprint on May 12. This 74-minute, 14-track solo album will feature a variety of live material recorded during Kozelek's 2007 and 2008 acoustic tours, with Red House Painters/Sun Kil Moon member Phil Carney lending his guitar to the arrangements.
And while Lost Verses will get a wide release, you may want to order it via Caldo Verde's web shop, which beginning April 1, will throw in a free copy of another new live album, Mark Kozelek: Find Me Ruben Olivares, Live in Spain, with any order. This second record is a limited edition, so if you want one, you may want to plan your purchasing accordingly.
