The artist formerly known as Mantler (apparently jazz artist Michael Mantler threatened legal action?!) put on a sweet soul set at Kazoo!'s annual Sunday morning pancake breakfast. Chris Cummings was clad in a lovely white tuxedo and was backed by drummer Jay Anderson. The duo played this family-friendly event before a crowd of bleary-eyed fest patrons and fresh-faced parents and their toddlers. Actually, everyone was a bit bleary-eyed really, but the soothing sounds of Marker Starling and one delicious batch of pancakes after another made it all okay.
