Metallica frontman James Hetfield has released a video urging the public to come forth with any information in the FBI murder case for Morgan Harrington.
Harrington was 20 when she disappeared after a Metallica gig in Charlottesville, VA back in October 2009, and her remains were found three months later just 10 miles from the venue.
Police were offering a $100,000 reward, to which Metallica contributed a further $50,000. In the video, Hetfield states: "Remember, any information, no matter how small you might think it is, could be that crucial piece investigators need to help solve the case."
A composite sketch of the murderer is shown, along with police contacts for anyone with helpful information.
