Former Snailhouse songwriter Michael Feuerstack has been rolling out songs in advance of his Singer Songer LP, and the latest is "Did I?" featuring Bry Webb of Constantines.
The song begins with a tapping electronic beat that is quickly fleshed out with live drums and turns into a steadily chugging, rootsy number featuring some melodically laid-back vocals from Webb.
The guest-centric Singer Songer will arrive on vinyl on Record Store Day (April 19), with the CD and digital versions following on April 29 through Forward Music/Headless Owl.
