Industrial metal icons Ministry's final hurrah, From Beer to Eternity, is just around the corner, and the band are going out with all guns blazing in the explosive new clip for the record's "PermaWar."
Decked out in post-apocalyptic ensemble of steelworker's goggles, crown of thorns and leathers, lead ghoul Al Jourgensen gets extra creepy by casually jigging and waving a cigarette as he grunts about "never-ending wars." To apparently prove his point about the futility of peace, vintage clips of missile launches, trenches of dead bodies, and military exercises flash across the screen. Meanwhile audio snippets of Barack Obama talking about terrorism float above quicksand-thick riffs.
From Beer to Eternity drops September 6 through 13th Planet.
