Mary Halsey shared a video of herself performing "Work It" at an outdoor karaoke party in Goddard Park via Facebook, and Missy herself is among the more than 7 million people who have viewed it so far.
Elliott shared a clip of the performance on Twitter, praising Halsey's chops and declaring: "I just found out I have a FUNKY WHITE SISTER."
She also shouted out Halsey's "home girl from da hood that keep tip toeing in the background with a plate of food."
Despite the multiple crying-with-laughter emojis the rapper used on Twitter, she added that Halsey "straight killed" her rendition of the track, "sound effects and all."
