Motörhead Blacken North American, Play Toronto and Montreal

You know why rockabilly dudes Reverend Horton Heat and punk rock'n'rollers Nashville Pussy are lucky? Not only do they get to see legendary power trio Motörhead on a nightly basis in August and September, but they're gonna get to play and get paid to do it. How's that for the sweet life? Other than going stone deaf by tour's end, that is.

We're talking about how the almighty Motörhead have announced that they'll be blackening North America during those months with the Heat and Pussy (there's a joke there somewhere...) in tow.

Apparently no ticket information is available yet and Motörhead promises more Canadian dates will be announced soon. The tour is in support of latest effort Motorizer, which was released in August of 2008. Nashville Pussy just tossed out their latest From Hell to Texas this year, while Reverend Horton Heat hasn't been up to much since 2005's We Three Kings. We'll certainly let you know when more details arise.

There are a whack of U.S. dates, which you can check out here, as well as these two Canadian ones:

9/2 Toronto, ON - Sound Academy
9/3 Montreal, QC - Metropolis
