Quebec popsters Motel Raphaël released their latest album Cable TV earlier this year and are set to take the tunes across later Canada this fall.
Fronted by the three-part harmonies of Clara Legault, Emily Skahan and Maya Malkin, the seven-piece outfit blend melody and storytelling into an adorably catchy package of tunes on the latest record, which promises to translate beautifully live.
The fall tour will take the band out west, kicking things off in Lethbridge, AB, on November 3. A jaunt through British Columbia will follow before the band hit the Prairies, then returns to Central Canada for a November 20 show in Toronto and a final hometown gig at the Imperial in Quebec City on November 21.
To celebrate the tour announcement, Motel Raphaël have shared a new clip for latest single "Rooftop of Romolos." The track is from Cable TV, while the video itself takes place in the aftermath of a church wedding.
