Details are sparse, but the summer festival season has been dealt another corker, courtesy of one of the nation's most beloved bands.
From August 31 to September 1, the New Pornographers will present The Stanley Park Singing Exhibition, a two-day music festival organised by Carl Newman and co. The festivities will take place at the Malkin Bowl in Vancouver, BC's beautiful Stanley Park.
Other than the Pornos, the rest of the line-up is currently in the "to be confirmed" stage, however names will begin to trickle out shortly.
