No Motiv

Not quite popcore and not quite full on SoCal punk, No Motiv occupy that indefinable void inhabited by such notable bands as Farside and Shades Apart. On their first record since 1999's ...And The Sadness Prevails, the band once again utilises the producing talents of Face to Face front-man Trever Keith to bring out the harder side of what are, at their core, pretty sweet songs. It's a fine line between rock and pop and No Motiv walk that line with the skill of a circus performer and the attitude of a street punk.
