No Shame

Album opener "Distorted” starts this record off with a bang. The lightning-fast bass, back-and-forth vocals, political lyrics and gang chants hearken back to political skate punk’s heyday, recalling early Anti-Flag. From there, the album shifts gears into a more poppy sound akin to bands like Social Distortion or Bombshell Rocks. The lyrical content of White of Hope ranges from the soapbox perched political variety to more subtle stories containing poignant political commentary, best exemplified on "Take the Money & Run.” Other standout songs include "Boredomline” and "Keep It Alive.”
