While NOFX kick off their "Fat Wrecked for 25 Years" tour this week, fans also have the band's forthcoming Backstage Passport 2 DVD coming their way. The feature-length documentary follow-up to their 2008 TV series hits stores August 21 via Fat Wreck Chords, but you can see a few pukey and punky highlights from the film in a new trailer.
As you'll see down below, the MO for the film was to have the band hit up a few global concert spots that had been canceled during the initial series. Tour stops were made in countries Columbia, Peru and Mexico.
The teaser features a few interview clips with the band, as well as on-stage shenanigans, some breath-taking sight-seeing, riotous concert conditions, confrontations with local authorities, and documentation of a Peruvian fan getting his barf on. All told, a press release notes that "Backstage Passport 2 is your ticket to accompany NOFX on more berserk international adventures."
