Neville Quinlan-fronted alt-country combo NQ Arbuckle returned with the Exclaim!-approved The Future Happens Anyway back in spring, and now they've offered up some visuals for latest single "Lifeboat (Song for Carolyn Mark)."
As the title implies, the tune is dedicated to fellow Canadian and frequent collaborator Carolyn Mark, while the Brent Nurse-directed clip shares the spotlight with some slightly younger rock stars.
Outdoor performance footage is juxtaposed with montages of gigs and life on the road, while a crew of kids crashes the stage to emulate their roots rocker dads. Friends and family crowd the stage for a full-out backyard party before the gang settles down to take a well-deserved break for some beer and popsicles.
NQ Arbuckle will be taking the stage at Toronto's Horsehoe Tavern on November 22. Get excited for the show by watching the brand new clip for "Lifeboat (Song for Carolyn Mark)" below.
