Having recently scored his second Juno Award for the album My Hands Are on Fire and Other Love Songs, Chester, NS's Old Man Luedecke is getting ready to hit the road. From late April through May, the bearded folkster will be taking his banjo on a cross-Canada tour.

The outing will take him from the Maritimes all the way to the West Coast. There are 16 dates in total, most of which are with Ladies of the Canyon. See the schedule below.

Fans can get more of Old Man Luedecke by downloading his debut EP Mole in the Ground, an out-of-print collection that came out back in 2003. He will be offering it for free throughout the month of May from his official website.

In a press release, the songwriter explained, "It was a local sensation that was encouraging enough to land me in the soup I'm in now."
