Panda Bear

NPR DJ set

The wait for Panda Bear's Tomboy is almost over. The experimental pop mastermind also known as Noah Lennox has been releasing seven-inches since last summer, and now he's finally ready to roll out the album on April 12 via Paw Tracks. Just to get us that bit more excited, Lennox stopped by NPR for a guest DJ set.

During the 41-minute show, you get to hear some cuts from Tomboy ("You Can Count on Me," "Last Night at the Jetty," "Slow Motion"), as well as tracks by Avey Tare, Spectrum, Zomby, and Dent May. And, of course, there's plenty of commentary for Lennox as he discusses the inspirations behind Tomboy.
