Following the February release of Black Noise, the minimal techno opus from Pantha Du Prince (aka Germany's Hendrik Weber) has easily stood as one of our favourite electronic releases of the year. It's a total pleasure, then, that Rough Trade has compiled a short video doc on Herr Weber, and is currently sharing it online.
The film is only five minutes long, but Pantha covers everything from growing up in the forests of Hesse and his musical background to the concept behind Black Noise and how "the separation of musical genres such as techno and rock is rubbish." Check it out below.
