Today (August 20), instrumental metalheads Pelican issued their Deny the Absolute EP. On top of some new cuts, the iTunes edition includes a fever dream-influenced video for Ataraxia/Taraxis track "Lathe Biosas," which you can also see down below.
The clip finds a guy coming back home after a day in the city to spin some Pelican on his turntable. After zoning out almost immediately into the land of nod, the dude's subconscious conjures up images of Pelican stomping across stages, an eyeless woman, and tranquil, sudsy shores.
You can make sense of the Epicurean dreamscape by giving it a peep down below.
As previously reported, Pelican also have their Forever Becoming LP dropping October 15 through Southern Lord
