Population II Share Video for New Song "Comme tu le souhaites (Ding Dong)"

Population II return today with "Comme tu le souhaites (Ding Dong)," a new single from their upcoming Serpent Échelle EP, arriving this Friday, April 19.

"Comme tu le souhaites (Ding Dong)" was recorded during the sessions for last year's Électrons libres du québec, having been "written on the spur of the moment right before the recording." The song pays tribute to the band's sound engineer, Trevor Turple.

It's another chugging piece of nervy post-punk that melts into a swaggering psychedelic soup before reforming. The song comes attached to a stylish black-and-white video helmed by Didier Pigeon-Perreault and Hugo Jeanson.
