Toronto psych-rock unit Possum made it onto Exclaim!'s Class of 2017 roster back at the start of the year, and now the band are set to release the follow-up to last year's Quick Damage EP.
It arrives as another EP, this time titled Electric Pickle. The mini-release was recorded by the four-piece at a cottage in northern Ontario, using an 8-track Tascam 58 1/2-inch tape machine, and mixed by the band's Brandon Bak and Tobin Hopwood at their studio, the Oscilitarium.
In addition to streaming the record digitally, Possum will be selling limited-edition cassette versions of the EP at their upcoming shows. See their dates down below.
Electric Pickle officially lands on July 18, but you can give it an early listen right now.
Tour dates:
07/20 Montreal, QC - Brasserie Beaubien
07/21 Ottawa, ON - Bar Robo
07/22 Toronto, ON - Smiling Buddha (EP release show)
