Long before Gorillaz, the best cartoon music act was a little Canadian dance pop outfit called Prozzäk. They made hits like "Sucks to Be You" and "Strange Disease" and, for some of us, they were the highlight of junior high MuchMusic Video Dance Parties. It might be time to bust out your silver Oakley knock-offs and baggy cargo shorts once again, as the group is now reuniting.

As AUX reports, the duo of Simon (Jay Levine) and Milo (James Bryan McCollum) will bring their glorious jams to the stage for Toronto's Atomic Lollipop festival.

The event is billed as "a unique geek festival with a focus on global pop culture and unique social experiences," and takes place at the Ontario Science Centre from July 17 to 19. Prozzäk are slated to perform on July 18.

We're hoping they've got the budget for some sweet Prozzäk holograms, but either way it'll be a dream come true to see Simon and Milo live in the cartoon flesh.
