Raekwon to Celebrate 'UnExpected Victory' with Christmas Mixtape

Raekwon is one seriously busy dude. The Wu-Tang Clan rapper recently spoke with Exclaim! about the laundry list of new projects he's currently working on, which include an album, biopic and Toronto office for his Ice H20 label. Well, that's not all the Chef's got cooking, since he just announced plans to serve up a mixtape called UnExpected Victory on Christmas Day.

This mixtape was originally supposed to arrive on Black Friday (November 25), but that obviously that didn't come to pass. In a tweet on Saturday (December 3), Raekwon confirmed the new date and title.

This follows a new Raekwon remix EP from producer Andrew Kelley (who previously pitched in on the collection Wu-Tang Chamber Music) called Dope on the Table. This seven-song offering is available as a free download from DJ Booth. Together with UnExpected Victory, you'll be able to have a very Raekwon Christmas without having to break the bank.

Of course, don't forgot that Wu-Tang's 20th anniversary is coming up next year, and Raekwon has promised us some festivities for that.
