Rancid Announce 10th Studio Album 'Tomorrow Never Comes'

It's their first full-length in six years

Rancid have shared details of their first album since 2017's Trouble Maker. Tomorrow Never Comes is due to arrive June 2 through Epitaph Records, and today, they've shared its first single.

Produced by Bad Religion guitarist and Epitaph founder Brett Gurewitz, the 16-track record finds Tim Armstrong, Matt Freeman, Lars Frederiksen and Branden Steineckert collecting their same "gritty, straightforward punk-with-a-purpose that the world just can't get enough of" for their 10th studio album, according to a release.

Our first preview comes in the form of the record's title track, which arrives alongside a music video co-directed by Armstrong and Kevin Kerslake. Armstrong, Freeman and Frederiksen trade off on vocals after the song's late-stage-capitalism hopelessness-encapsulating hook, "Gonna cheat, steal and borrow / 'Cause tomorrow never comes."
