Last summer, after having released a series of mixtapes, Toronto producer and rapper Raz Fresco gifted fans his debut full-length, Pablo Frescobar, taking the opportunity to show listeners what he's really made of. We're still playing it, so when Fresco dropped by "Fonto In Toronto," the 88 Days of Fortune Showcase at Toronto's Double Double Land, to drop some of his "meticulously constructed rhymes and intelligent lyricism," we decided to document it for our latest edition of Exclaim! TV.
Our first clip finds Fresco vibing with the crowd to the single "Screwface City," asserting, "From the screwface city where the winter so cold / Gotta get the gold, gotta get the gold." Then, Fresco closed the set on a high note, performing the hype track "Godbody." Watch Fresco embrace the support from his city in the exclusive videos below.
